How to join our live-streaming virtual yoga group classes:

1. Classes are held via Zoom.

2. Sign up for your virtual class on the schedule page
(
right here, just click Register)

3. You’ll get a Zoom link in your confirmation email to use when class begins. (If it your first time using Zoom you may be prompted to download. It is free and easy.)

4. You’ll also get an email reminder on day before class and another email with link 15 minutes prior to the start time.

5. Set up your space and your screen, then click the link.
You’ll be admitted from the “waiting room.”

6. Your choice to have your video camera on or off.
But I always like to see your happy face!

All participants will be muted when class begins. Practice along and enjoy.

I take pride in teaching to all levels. Come and do what you can.
In my classes there is no right or wrong way. Just find what feels good --- that is yoga.
